DO YOU OFFER LAY-BY ONLINE?

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Shipping within Australia will be handled by Australian Post or Couriers Please and a signature upon delivery will be required. Metropolitan and capital cities generally take up to 2 days. Northern Territory, rural and remote areas generally take up to 5 days. All shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10.
International shipping will be handled by DHL, and generally take 7-10 days. Deliveries to New Zealand will be charged at $35. Deliveries to all other destinations will be charged at $45.

I LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND, BUT BOUGHT THROUGH THE NICOLA WAITE E-STORE. CAN I RETURN THIS ITEM TO THE NEW ZEALAND (NEWMARKET) NICOLA WAITE STORE?
No, returns will not be accepted at the New Zealand Nicola Waite retail store, if they were purchased from the NICOLA WAITE ONLINE STORE. All returns must be sent to the Sydney Head Office by registered post with a tracking facility that requires a signature upon delivery.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Once we have received your item(s) to us, please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed and meets our return policy, it will be approved for refund. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
