NICOLA WAITE E-STORE SHIPPING
All purchases made through the NICOLA WAITE E-STORE are unique to online, and items purchased online cannot be returned (or exchanged) at any of our Nicola Waite retail stores.

During the Christmas + New Year period there will be delays in shipment due to our HO in Alexandria being closed. Please allow an additional 5 - 7 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If you have any questions please email email@example.com.
All orders are despatched from the Nicola Waite Head Office (Alexandria, NSW Australia) within 96 business hours, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Please note that garments may be called in from Melbourne and New Zealand. If an order is placed on a weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be despatched within 96 hours from the next business day. Once your order has been despatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a shipping address that will be attended between 9am-5pm weekdays. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name. In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card with instructions will be left.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a despatch confirmation email that includes the tracking details for your parcel.
Nicola Waite ships nationwide with Australian Post and Couriers Please for a flat rate of $10. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 5 business days from notice of despatch for delivery.
Nicola Waite ships internationally with DHL Express. Orders to New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of $35 and all other international orders are charged at $45. Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from notice of despatch depending on your location.
Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and Customs Office to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these duties and taxes, not Nicola Waite's. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information regarding duties and taxes.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. During these times, please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered. During the Christmas/New Year break there may be a delay in order despatch due to our office being closed. Notification will always be made at the appropriate time.
NICOLA WAITE E-STORE RETURNS
Please note, the returns policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made online only. Please contact your closest Nicola Waite store for our 'in-store' returns policy. All purchases made through the NICOLA WAITE E-STORE are unique to online, and items purchased online cannot be returned (or exchanged) at any of our Nicola Waite retail stores.
Please Note: All sale items purchased are Final Sale and are not valid for a return or exchange for change of mind or if an incorrect size/colour is ordered.
Nicola Waite will provide you with a full refund if the product purchased from us, via the NICOLA WAITE E-STORE:
- is faulty, not of acceptable quality or unsafe; OR
- does not match the descriptions made on the website, or given to you by a Nicola Waite representative.
If a product that you have purchased from us is in accord with the above, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Authorization number (RA#) as soon as you become aware. This must be within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, accessories cannot be returned and refunded.
To ensure your item will be eligible for a return, Nicola Waite recommends the following:
- do not apply any body moisturisers before trying any clothes in order to avoid marking delicate fabrics.
- be careful of make-up rubbing off when trying on garments.
- try on all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks.
Please note: items that are damaged by you or which have undergone general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for repair, replacement or refund.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
A 'change of mind' return means any return of a fully priced item (excludes sale items) that is correctly described, is safe, of acceptable quality and not faulty.
Nicola Waite accepts 'change of mind' returns for fully priced items purchased from the NICOLA WAITE E-STORE in accordance with the following terms:
- Item has been purchased at full price from the NICOLA WAITE E-STORE. No 'change of mind' refund or exchange is offered for items purchased on sale.
- Item(s) have not been worn, altered, damaged, washed or drycleaned.
- Item(s) have all tags attached, and any item specific packaging (dust bags etc) are also included.
- 'NICOLA WAITE E-STORE RETURN PROCEDURE' has been followed and a RA# has been requested within 7 days of order receipt.
In the event that a 'change of mind' return does not meet any of the above terms, Nicola Waite reserves the right to reject the return.
NICOLA WAITE E-STORE RETURN PROCEDURES
Please call the Nicola Waite Head Office on +61 2 9565 5377 or email email@example.com to register for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and form within 7 days of order receipt. The RA# form and original receipt must be enclosed with the returned item(s).
- Item(s) must not be worn, altered, damaged, washed or drycleaned.
- Item(s) must have all tags attached.
- Items being returned must be securely wrapped, including any item specific packaging (dust bags etc), and sent back to NICOLA WAITE E-STORE Returns within 7 days of the issue of your RA#.
- Please send your item(s) using registered post with a tracking facility that requires a signature upon delivery. Nicola Waite accepts no responsibility for items not received.

Once your return is received at Head Office, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it/they comply with our returns policy. A return outcome will be determined.

Nicola Waite does not accept exchanges as such, for items purchased online. If you would like a different size or style, you must return the original item for a refund, and then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds will be processed up to 5 business, once items are received at our Head Office. Once a return has been successfully processed, the original payment method will be used to refund in full, the value of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs associated with the order will not be refunded for 'change of mind returns'.
Following our processing of your refund, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
